This is not a short subject and it take you some time to understand and perhaps more time to integrate the understanding into your personal behaviors. This will not be an accident, only a tiny portion of people naturally stay thin.
Whenever you ingest food, if any portion of the food that does not fully digest, a portion of the undigested food will pass out of the intestinal track and into the blood stream. The undigested particles are filtered by the liver, when the liver reaches capacity and overflows, some common signs of poor digestion
